Garderie Le Nid De Namur, is a private subsidized daycare committed to nurturing each child’s curiosity, creativity, and love of learning since 2010.
Our Mission
Our mission is to nurture each child’s natural curiosity and creativity within a warm, caring, and inclusive environment. We are committed to fostering a lifelong love of learning by supporting children’s social and emotional development, resilience, and strong sense of belonging. Through a play-based and developmentally appropriate approach, we build the foundational language, knowledge, and skills that prepare our children to grow with confidence and to thrive both in school and in life.

Our Approach
We follow a play based, child centred approach enriched with hands on learning, nature experiences, and inquiry projects. Guided by Québec’s program Accueillir la petite enfance and inspired by Reggio Emilia, we view each child as capable, curious, and full of potential and we treat the environment as the third teacher.
Our thoughtfully designed spaces and open ended materials encourage exploration, creativity, problem solving, and collaboration. We support each child’s interests, strengths, cultural background, and stage of development.
Our Location
We have many parks surrounding our centre including Parc de la Savane
Our centre is private subsidized, the cost is $9.65 daily.
